Blind and physically handicapped files, 1971-1973 [state publication].

This series consists of public relations and other material related to the Regional Library for the Blind and Physically Handicapped or the Division of the Blind and Physically Handicapped and Audiovisual Services, the regional library at Talladega, and other vision centers. The brochures describe resources, services, funding, the collection, equipment, and the new building for the agency. Other material includes architectural instructions and drawings of facilities which will meet the needs of the handicapped, and indexed catalog of talking books or cassettes for adults and children, and a program for a seminar on special needs of the handicapped at the Northwest Regional Library at Winfield, Ala. The series documents the agency's role of providing services to all citizens of the state.
